Home Health Aide Diploma Program 75 Hours

The objective is to provide students with Home Health Training consisting of clinical skills and classroom modules. The student will learn how to assist the client in his/her home related to their specific needs and care plan. The HHA will understand meal planning, diets and precautions to take when assisting the client.

Admission Requirements

The student must be at least 18 years of age or posses a High School Diploma or GED.

Previous medical experience is not required.

Student must have a valid CPR certification card (for health care providers) or obtain one from Americus Medical Academy. We accept Ashi, American Red Cross or American Heart Association.

Program Cost

$385.00. Includes all class fees, materials and a book.

A $100.00 non-refundable application fee is due at enrollment and the balance of $285.00 is due before or by the first day of class.

This price above is the basic HHA 75 Hour diploma program only. Prices do not include additional supplies, continuing education units ,equipment or materials.

Optional: Continuing education,additional review materials, uniforms and equipment $450.00

Diploma

Upon successful completion of the HHA program , a Diploma will be awarded for attendance of the 75 hour program. This program is Licensed by the Commission for Independent Education, License #4222.

State guidelines indicate that in order to work with Medicare and Medicaid patients it is required to complete a 75 hour program if you wish to obtain employment without further training.
